The Role:

Join our passionate team as a Customer Service Officer, where you'll be a key point of connection and support for our community. In this dynamic role, you'll deliver exceptional service and administrative support to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Position Details:

Type: We are offering a permanent flexible role that can be either part-time or full-time, up to 37.5 hour per week. Flexible work arrangements, such as school hours and job share arrangements may be considered. Availability on Monday & Wednesday is preferred.

Salary: Competitive salary starting from $32 per hour + super, depending on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the welcoming first point of contact at our Diabetes WA Subiaco office.

Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face.

Promote Diabetes WA products and services in a friendly and professional manner.

Maintain accurate records of participants in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Provide general administrative support across the organisation (data entry, reporting, billing, appointment booking and sales).

Process and dispatch diabetes product orders, ensuring all customer requests are fulfilled promptly.

Ideal Candidate (Selection Criteria):

Excellent inbound and outbound customer service skills.

Previous experience in an administrative or reception role.

Fast and accurate data entry skills.

Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.

Strong working knowledge of MS Office and the ability to adapt to and use different software packages.

Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases is highly desirable
