Hunt and win new business across Melbourne and wider Victoria

Manage and grow a portfolio of trade and specifier accounts

Map projects, drive specification and hold to order

Present solutions to builders, architects and contractors

Visit sites, solve problems and support installs

Build a clean pipeline and forecast with accuracy

The Person

Proven external sales success in building materials

Confident dealing with builders, architects and contractors

Hunter mindset, self-led, organised and commercial

Experience in render or coatings is highly regarded

Background in cladding, facades or aligned systems also valued

Strong presenter who simplifies technical detail
