On the hunt for someone who can step up in a small team environment, yet know how to be part of a team at the same time!

We are a small restaurant, well known, based in Richmond, Melbourne.

We are after someone who can problem solve, has all the required hospitality experience, but also enjoys what they do!

Hours can be discussed, but we need full evening availability, so the shifts are as the business needs them, approx 25-30 per week.

Ideally the candidate -

- Can step up, and seat people / problem solve

- Add value to a customer's night, to make a positive impact on their night!

- Run their own section, and move fast

- Know the basic about Wine / Cocktails (very simple ones!)

- Knowledge on Greek food a bonus!
