Expected Hours: 20 - 30 hours a week

We are looking for experienced Waitstaff to join our Front of House Team in CBD Central Melbourne. We are a Italian restaurant with archaic ideas, modern execution. We are still a young restaurant opening our doors in 2023 and we're committed to providing excellent customer service in a casual fine dining setting.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated member of staff to join our small front of house team!

The Ideal Candidates Must Have:

Experience as a Waitstaff in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Can confidently run a section of 5-8 tables and demonstrate 3-plate carry

Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed

Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude

Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations

Excellent attention to detail and time management

Must have an RSA certificate
