Ophelia is growing — from sunny brunches to cosy evening service — and we’re looking for a confident, hands-on Night Supervisor to help lead our front of house team.

In this role, you’ll be more than just service-focused — you’ll set the tone for our night trade, support the team, and ensure every guest experience is seamless. From welcoming locals at the door to guiding staff through smooth, polished service, you’ll bring calm leadership and genuine hospitality.

What you’ll do:

Lead the FOH team during night service with confidence and care

Support and assist the Venue Manager with smooth daily operations

Oversee floor service, reservations, and guest experience

Be across cash handling, close-of-day procedures, and reporting

Mentor and support junior staff, creating a positive, collaborative vibe

What we’re looking for:

Previous supervisor/leadership experience in a restaurant, café, or bar

A natural flair for hospitality and guest engagement

Confidence in leading a small team during service

Strong communication and problem-solving skills under pressure

Availability across key nights: Tuesday, Friday & Saturday

Interest in wine, coffee, and produce-driven menus is a plus
