About the role
Lubrication Engineering Pty. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Sydney, NSW. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our key customer relationships, ensuring the ongoing success and growth of our business.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively managing and building strong, long-term relationships with our most strategic accounts
- Accurately forecasting sales and developing account plans to drive revenue growth
- Identifying and capitalising on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' unique needs
- Representing the company at key industry events and networking opportunities
- Regularly reporting on account performance and contributing to the overall sales strategy
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales or account management role, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sectors
- Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term, strategic customer relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities
- Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis to drive informed decision-making
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, or sales) is desirable
