We’re looking for an enthusiastic and intuitive individual to join our dynamic and growing team, driving sales growth, and managing trade investment.
The Sales Account Executive is a full-time opportunity where you will be responsible for managing and growing accounts across Victoria, Tasmania, and South Australia.

Based in Melbourne (preferred)
Reports to: General Manager

What You will Be Doing:
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing B2B clients across VIC, TAS & SA
Drive new business – get Shelta products into more stores, backyards, and venues.
Build long-term partnerships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to create market-tailored offerings.
Keep up with competitors and industry trends to stay ahead of the game.
Travel frequently within your territory (air travel and overnight stays as needed)
Maintain expert knowledge of Shelta’s products, pricing, and branding.
Hit monthly sales targets consistently.
Represent Shelta at tradeshows and industry events.
Respond to customer enquiries promptly via phone, email, and text.
Develop strong, professional relationships with all key stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 3 years of selling experience as an on-road sales representative in wholesale channels.
Proven experience in wholesale B2B sales, with track record of success in managing customer relationships and driving business growth.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, customer management, and trade management
Highly enthusiastic and determined to grow and improve the existing business ,a self-starter who takes ownership of their region.
Excellent presentation, customer service and communication skills.
Highly organised with great time management, adapting to the company’s operating methods & systems.
Update/track budget and CRM program to achieve monthly/quarter sales targets.
Confident using MS Office 365; MYOB Exo or Qlik experience a plus.
Able to work independently while being part of a supportive national team.
Background ideally in outdoor, lifestyle, furniture, would be highly regarded.
