About the roles

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Wait Staff / Front of House / Bar Staff & Kitchen Hands to join our team at La Porchetta Bendigo. A number of positions are available from part-time to casual roles. Each applicant will provide exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our family restaurant. Junior Staff are welcome to apply.

Wait Staff / Bar Staff

Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

Taking customer orders and communicating them to the kitchen

Serving food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner

Maintaining a clean and organised dining area

Handling cash and card payments efficiently

Responding to customer queries and addressing any concerns

Assisting with other front-of-house duties as required

Working together with other team members

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask

A passion for providing exceptional customer service

The ability to work effectively in a team and on your initiative

A flexible and adaptable approach to work
