Hamo Hospitality Group, the powerhouse behind Paddock Bakery, 1915 Restaurant, Woolstore and The Retreat, is growing fast with another exciting new venue due to open in August 2025.

MexiCam’s is set to be a fun and vibrant restaurant and bar, located at the Federal Mills in North Geelong. Incorporating a 100-seater dining room, showcasing Mexican inspired flavours and open flame cooking, multiple bars, outdoor dining and beverage options. The venue will also see a dedicated entertainment and gaming zone, including karaoke, pool, darts, shuffleboard and more.

MexiCam’s is set to take Geelong’s dining and entertainment scene by storm.

About You:

We’re searching for charismatic and energetic individuals to join our front-of-house team. If you thrive on providing exceptional service and love creating memorable guest experiences, this role is perfect for you. We are searching for hosts, wait staff and bartenders.

Previous experience in a similar role (hosting, bartending, wine service, or front-of-house)

Passionate about hospitality and providing top-notch service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Current Victorian RSA certification

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure

Availability to work weekends
