About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Wait Staff / Front of House to join our team at Mama Lor' in Werribee, VIC. This part-time role will involve providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our family restaurant.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

Taking customer orders and communicating them to the kitchen

Serving food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner

Maintaining a clean and organised dining area

Handling cash and card payments efficiently

Responding to customer queries and addressing any concerns

Assisting with other front-of-house duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask

A passion for providing exceptional customer service

The ability to work effectively in a team and on your initiative

A flexible and adaptable approach to work
