The Opportunity

Reporting to the Managing Director, you are responsible for creating new referral relationships with partners.

Duties Include:

Maintaining knowledge in substantive conveyancing law, including attending continuing professional development seminars

Following up leads, converting leads & new client onboarding assistance

Producing strategy and business plan proposals aligned to revenue for your department

Seek our B2B referral arrangements with various companies

As a senior staff member you are required to take on a small number of clients as your own

Manage partner retention activities

Monthly reporting on partnership referral activity to manager and reconciliation of referrals and conversions

Skills Required

Strong leadership, sales, organisational and administration skills

Resilient, passionate and self-motivated

Strong negotiating skills

Excellent account management skills

Strong CRM experience

Possess a strong computer skills (Excel, Outlook etc)
