We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Automotive Business Manager to join our teams at various Autopact locations around Victoria, which are highly successful, fast-paced Dealerships. The successful candidate will be a result’s driven professional, who has exceptional work ethic and a strong client focus.

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidates will demonstrate the following:

Highly self-motivated and financially driven.

Current Tier II Certification and Financier Accreditations.

The ability to demonstrate strong results in current and previous Business Manager roles.

Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) in both a face-to-face and phone environment.

Process and procedure driven, with excellent time management skills.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

The ability to build trust and rapport with both internal and external customers.

Confident computer skills.

Era and DealerCell experience highly regarded.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Assisting the sales team with initial contact and follow up of all enquiries / leads, along with deal negotiation and closing sales.

Achieving targets and KPI’s in relation to the sale of Finance, Insurance and Warranty products to dealership clients.

Providing outstanding customer service to enhance the buying experience for all our customers.

End to end processing of vehicle loans (from application to settlement).

Strict adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
