How will you contribute?

In this role, you will:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of existing clients, maximising share of wallet.
  • Hunt for new business across Victoria to build a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Convert leads into long-term clients, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Deliver tailored solutions that differentiate and strengthen client partnerships.
  • Expand your presence through regular touchpoints and networking across Melbourne and regional VIC.
  • Shape sales strategy, ensuring the right balance of retention and new acquisition.

What do you need?

Must have:

  • Proven success in account management and business development (5+ years preferred).
  • A natural hunter with the ability to grow existing accounts while winning new ones.

  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to spot opportunities and implement smart retention and growth strategies.
  • Flexibility to travel across Melbourne and regional VIC as needed.
  • A reputation for being reliable, trustworthy, and customer focused.

Desired:

  • Experience in industrial, packaging, or food-related sectors.
  • Familiarity with solution-based or project-driven sales.
