Who are we?

Founded in 2020, Brew Society is a fast growing brand owner, importer and distributor to the Independent Retail and Food Service markets. We are currently based in Melbourne, and are in the process of expanding into the NSW market.

Why are we here?

To assist with our launch into NSW, we are on the hunt for a gun sales representative, who is looking for a long-term opportunity at an innovative, fast growing company with a fun culture!

The role will include:

Winning new accounts via walk-ins/cold calling. Leverage your pre-existing relationships.

Placing daily orders in stores

Merchandising products in stores

Confidently communication with store contacts

Daily meetings/check-ins with your manager

What are we looking for?

At least 2 years experience working in a similar role

A network in grocery and independent retail is important.

Confidence working with sales targets.

Positive, energetic attitude - ability to work autonomously.

Drivers license required

Whilst we are a small team of 20 team members and have only been around for 5 years, we're proud to say we have never had an employee leave the company to date.

As we are currently Melbourne based, initially you will work remotely in NSW, however will have daily contact with your Melbourne based Sales manager. Our Melbourne team will visit you in NSW regularly, and similarly, you'll visit the Melbourne team for expos/team building initiatives.

This is a field based role and results will be incentivised with a commission structure.
