On Road Sales Representatives – Aluming Windows and Doors (Sydney, NSW, ACT)

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven On Road Sales Representatives to join our brand-new sales team at Aluming Windows and Doors in Sydney, NSW and ACT.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new clients and promoting our high-quality aluminium windows and doors to both residential and commercial builders. This is a full-time opportunity with excellent prospects for career advancement within our fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Actively seek out new customers, reconnect with past clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.

Proactively develop business across target regions, including:

Newcastle / Central Coast

North Shore

Eastern Sydney

Wollongong

Canberra

Resolve customer issues related to technical matters, service, or pricing in a professional and timely manner.

Understand the company’s order and service processes, and clearly communicate them to customers to ensure smooth transactions.

Provide exceptional after-sales service by responding quickly to phone calls and emails, and delivering solutions efficiently.

Monitor and record market trends and report insights to management.

Stay informed on competitors’ products to remain competitive.

Adhere to company policies, adapt to changes, and support business growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales experience, ideally in the construction, building materials, or windows/doors industry.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient in achieving sales targets.

Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.

A proactive problem-solver with excellent customer service focus.

Current driver’s license (required for on-road sales activities).
