Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our QLD Team as the first of our SF+ representatives, focusing on our expanding retail line up. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, nurturing key customer relationships, and expanding our retail footprint within QLD, with a focus on the Gold Coast region. This role demands excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and an ability to sell across a large and diverse range.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Execution: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and expand on our retail market presence in QLD.

Market Analysis: Conduct in field market research to identify new business opportunities, understand industry trends, and competition and report back

Customer Engagement: Engage with clients through regular visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote StirlingFildes’ retail solutions.

Collaboration: Coordinate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.

Event Participation: Represent StirlingFildes’ at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote our products and network with potential clients.

About You

Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales - retail sales and pharmacy experience are highly desirable!

Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets

Passionate about customer service and brand representation

Willingness to travel within QLD to meet with customers or interstate to attend industry events.
