About the job
As our insurance business in Australia and New Zealand continues to grow, we need to find a reliable helpdesk support person to assist our advisers on a daily basis.
Role: As the ‘front line’ of our systems team, you will receive support requests from our broking network and work to resolve these as efficiently as possible, or triage them into other parts of the business. Support requests are typically simple IT matters or issues with our specific insurance broking software.
Note: we have dedicated staff who manage specific IT issues, so we're not necessarily looking for an ‘IT’ person. Most of the issues this role will look after will be to do with our insurance broking software and its use.

You will join the Systems team and the existing helpdesk crew to maintain the high levels of support we offer our customers.
Why You?
We're looking for someone that thrives in helping others. Ideally, some sort of experience working in a helpdesk environment would be good, but not a requirement. Any experience in the insurance would be a huge benefit too, but again, not a requirement. Ultimately, a ‘systems’ mind and a keenness to learn is all you need.

Application Requirements:
Either:
Previous helpdesk experience, OR
Previous insurance experience
Skilled in the Microsoft suite and adept at navigating IT systems.
