Our client is an Australian-owned corporate travel company looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join their Brisbane team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the Implementation Manager, providing day-to-day technical support and stepping in to keep things moving when they’re away.

You’ll be involved in everything from troubleshooting travel booking systems to managing licenses, supporting cloud technology, and assisting with new system rollouts. It’s a varied role with plenty of problem-solving and opportunities to work across multiple platforms.

What you’ll be doing

Working alongside and supporting the Implementation Manager on IT projects and daily operations

Taking the lead on systems support when the Implementation Manager is away

Setting up and troubleshooting Circa and managing updates/integrations

Maintaining Microsoft Suite licenses and ensuring systems are current

Providing support for Tramada and Amadeus

Assisting with Oracle and HubSpot functions and troubleshooting

Supporting Microsoft Dynamics Suite and Kudos platforms

Troubleshooting hardware, software, and cloud-based systems

Helping with system rollouts and other implementation work

What we’re looking for

Previous IT support/administration experience (travel industry experience is a plus)

Someone based on-site in office

Confident working with Tramada and Amadeus

Knowledge of Oracle and HubSpot

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics Suite, Kudos, and Circa

Strong troubleshooting skills and Cloud technology knowledge

Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels
