What You’ll Be Doing

Be the friendly first point of contact for customers needing IT help (phone, chat, or email)

Record and manage support tickets with accuracy and care

Troubleshoot common issues (training provided!)

Escalate complex matters to senior team members

Learn new IT skills every day in a supportive environment

Excellent communication skills – you explain things clearly and simply

Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude

A willingness to learn and grow in IT

Basic computer literacy (email, Microsoft Office, browsing)
