We are seeking a highly motivated Application Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional service to our premium clients in the aged care and disability services sector. In this role, you will work closely with a senior consultant to ensure that client management systems, CRMs, and other essential applications are running smoothly and delivering the best outcomes for our clients.

You will provide both first and second level support, delivering remote assistance and helping clients get the most out of their technology. This is a hands-on role that requires a technical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for helping clients succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver first and second level application support to premium clients

Work alongside a senior consultant to optimise client systems and processes

Support and troubleshoot client management systems, CRMs, and other related applications

Provide remote technical assistance and clear guidance to clients

Create and maintain user-friendly documentation and step-by-step instructions

Investigate and understand how applications work to provide effective solutions

Collaborate with management and follow instructions precisely

About You

Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is essential

Strong technical background with the ability to understand and troubleshoot application workflows

Highly curious and proactive in learning how systems and integrations function

Patient, empathetic, and committed to delivering exceptional client support

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear documentation

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Requirements

Australian citizen or permanent resident, or hold a valid long-term working visa
