L2 IT Support Officer - $95k + super - Brisbane CBD

Our client is seeking an experienced Level 2 IT Support Officer to join a collaborative, close-knit team, supporting a diverse client base. The role offers a balance of remote troubleshooting and onsite visits, giving you variety in your day while strengthening client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support across client environments, resolving escalated issues efficiently
• Perform proactive monitoring and maintenance to minimise downtime and prevent issues
• Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical challenges and escalate when required
• Contribute to documentation, process improvement, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Mentor and support junior team members in their technical development
• Deliver high-quality customer service across both remote and onsite engagements

About You

• Proven experience in a Level 2 IT Support role (MSP experience highly regarded)
• Strong technical skills across AD, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Windows 10/11
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and working to ITIL practices
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills with a true problem-solving mindset
