We’re Chiro & Sports Med Gladesville - a trusted multidisciplinary clinic focused on helping our patients move and feel better through chiropractic, massage, and more. Our team is tight-knit, experienced, and proud of the care we deliver. Now, we’re ready to grow our presence - and we need someone who can run the front of house and confidently lead the charge on our socials.

Who we’re looking for:

This is a dual position suited to someone who’s organised, warm, and self-motivated. Someone who doesn’t just “tick boxes”l but takes ownership. You’ll manage the day-to-day flow of the clinic, greet patients with warmth, handle calls and payments with ease, and bring a sense of calm to a busy environment.

At the same time, you’ll drive our social media presence - creating content that reflects what we do, how we work, and why patients love coming here. If you're confident with people, calm under pressure, and have a creative eye for detail - you're exactly who we’re after.

Your role includes:

Front Desk:

Being the friendly face patients remember — and talk about.

Being the first point of contact for every patient

Managing bookings, calls, and payment systems

Supporting the team so the clinic runs like clockwork

Marketing:

Creating content that actually gets seen (not just another boring post that disappears into the algorithm void).

Capturing real moments inside the clinic and rowing our presence on socials, managing posts/stories - helping us turn followers into patients.

Working closely with our practitioners to bring their expertise to life online.

Writing clean, on-brand captions and engaging stories

Using Canva (or similar tools) to bring content to life

Sharing ideas to grow our audience and reach new clients

We’ll give you the direction. You’ll run with it.

About You:

Confident, approachable, and people-focused

Well-organised and able to juggle multiple responsibilities

Creative eye for content and experience with social media platforms

Professional, with a strong sense of attention to detail

Ideally experienced in reception/admin or clinic environments (not essential)

Available Wednesdays and Fridays (with potential to expand)
