The Role

As Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and driving marketing initiatives from the ground up. You’ll lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to build brand awareness, generate customer engagement, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement an end-to-end marketing strategy to grow brand presence and drive sales.

Develop and manage marketing budgets with strong ROI focus.

Conduct market research to define target audiences, consumer insights, and competitor activity.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative marketing strategies to drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of the competition.

Lead campaign execution across digital, social media, PR, events, and influencer partnerships.

Oversee creative asset development.

Create and execute local retail store marketing plans to drive awareness, traffic, and sales.

Support trade marketing with strong POS, visual merchandising, and retailer-specific plans.

Build and nurture strong relationships with media, influencers, and key industry partners.

Manage agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality creative and activations.

Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimisations.

Prepare monthly marketing reports, including performance insights and recommendations for future optimisation.

Partner with the Sales Team to design promotional strategies that drive growth.

About You

Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Proven marketing/brand management experience in beauty, skincare, or FMCG.

Strong knowledge of beauty industry trends and consumer behaviour.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
