Excell Window Pty Ltd was founded in 2003 by Director Daniel Esparon. Since its inception, the company has grown to become one of Sydney’s leading providers of aluminium windows and doors. Under Daniel’s leadership, Excell Windows has successfully delivered a wide range of major projects across government, commercial, and residential sectors — including schools, shopping centres, hospitals, high-rise developments, and suburban homes and apartments.

As Managing Director, Daniel led a skilled team of over 15 staff members, overseeing all aspects of design, manufacturing, and installation. The company specialised in delivering high-quality solutions, including:

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to increase market share and meet business objectives.

2. Conduct market analysis to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of competitors.

3. Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and office-wide targets.

4. Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

5. Oversees marketing strategy design and evaluation to ensure alignment with business goals, audience engagement, and brand growth.

6. Builds distribution networks and leads market research to identify growth and optimisation opportunities.

7. Develops pricing and discount strategies to strike a balance between profitability and market competitiveness.

8. Strengthen and reinforce our brand image to drive greater consumption and long- term engagement.

9. Build and maintain strong relationships with national buyers and key on premise accounts.

10. Develop strategic customer plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders to enhance sales and visibility.

11. Set KPIs and support performance development, ensuring alignment with national sales targets.

12. Collaborate with distributors and agents to optimise sales execution and brand representation in the market.

Skills Required

· Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing management role.

· Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies and driving sales performance.

· Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (highly regarded).

· An analytical mindset and commercially driven thinking.

· Highly self-motivated and energetic.

· Business mindset with a hunger for revenue outcomes.
