About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Internal Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales and operations team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is curious by nature, and wants to be at the forefront of technology-enabled sales support.

You will work across a range of software tools to assist our sales managers, sales team and customers. From handling sales data and dashboards to providing service support coordination, your ability to learn quickly and work autonomously will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the internal sales process, from quote generation to order follow-up and CRM updates

* Plan and execute with the sales manager, internal sales campaigns (telephone, EDM, etc)

* Use Excel (including Pivot Tables), CRM systems, and analytics dashboards (e.g., Tableau or Power BI) to generate reports and insights

* Contribute to forecasting, stock management data, and sales tracking

* Assist in the coordination of product support and basic service admin (e.g., returns, warranty claims, repairs)

* Communicate with external stakeholders (distributors, clinics, hospital staff) and internal teams

* Actively engage with AI tools and automation platforms to enhance efficiency and reporting

* Maintain up-to-date customer records and ensure all touchpoints are recorded in our CRM

Ideal Candidate Profile

* Experience in a sales coordination, technical support, or inside sales role, ideally within the 'medical, scientific, or technical industries'

* Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

* Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms

* Comfortable using or exploring AI tools to improve workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, CRM AI integrations)

* Familiarity with online sales channels such as Amazon, Alibaba, Catch - or a minimum a willingness to bring yourself up to speed on maximising these channels

* Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and organisational skills

* Confident communicator with a service-first mindset

* A quick learner who thrives on variety and problem-solving

Bonus Points For

* Experience working with a medical device company or similar regulated or technical industry

* Knowledge of inventory or logistics workflows

* Exposure to customer service ticketing systems
