Flexistrut Australia is a proudly Australian-owned company specialising in pipe support products and supplies for the construction industry. We service air conditioning, plumbing, and fire service companies nationwide and are recognised for our fast response and exceptional customer service.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our Cheltenham VIC branch. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing product advice, processing sales, and supporting our external sales team.

Your New Role

As our Internal Sales & Sales Support Representative, you will:

Handle incoming calls and respond to sales enquiries promptly and professionally.

Provide product information and solutions to customers.

Process orders accurately and efficiently.

Support the external sales team with quotations, order follow-ups, and customer updates.

Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Assist with general office and branch operations.

Full product training will be provided — prior knowledge of fasteners, pipe supports, or construction consumables is an advantage.

About You

You will have:

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

A genuine passion for customer service and building relationships.

A proactive, “can-do” attitude with great organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Previous sales or customer service experience (construction/trade industry preferred).

Salary & Hours

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + super (negotiable based on experience and performance).

Hours:

Mon–Fri: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Initial probation: 3 months probation.
