About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Project Support professional to join our dynamic team. This is a varied role that supports our Business Development Manager and Project Managers in driving sales opportunities, coordinating installations, and ensuring seamless project execution.

The successful candidate will work across both our Richmond and Moonee Ponds offices and will have access to a company pool car for any required work-related driving.

The ideal applicant will be organised, customer-focused, and eager to learn about our industry-leading security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales and project teams

Assist with preparation of quotes, proposals, and tender submissions

Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery

Manage documentation, scheduling, and progress tracking for installations

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent client support

Prepare reports and maintain CRM/project management systems

Support the sales team in identifying and following up on new business opportunities

About You

Previous experience in sales support, project coordination, or a similar role

Strong organisational and time-management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Experience in security, technology, or construction industries (desirable but not essential)
