About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Leading Hand to join our client’s team based on the Gold Coast. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring all tasks are executed to the highest standard, and guiding a dedicated team of 2-5 labourers. You will be working closely with the finisher's foreman.
