About the Role
As our new Leading Hand Carpenter, you’ll run projects across Brisbane from start to finish, ensuring timeframes are met, quality is exceptional, and the team stays motivated. This role is perfect for someone coming from the residential sector who’s ready to level up into commercial work with a business that values craftsmanship and teamwork.

You Will:

Lead site teams on interior fit out & make-good projects

Read and interpret plans with accuracy

Liaise with clients and supervisors professionally

Maintain quality and safety standards

Motivate and mentor apprentices & fellow trades

You Bring:

Qualified Carpenter with proven leadership experience

High attention to detail & pride in your work

Strong communication & organizational skills

Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Construction White Card + Trade certificate
