Position: Tradesman / Leading Hand

Salary: $45 - $50 per hr, based on experience

Company Car: Fuel card and potential car available, based on experience

Location: Greater Brisbane region & Gold Coast

Employment Type: Full-time permanent

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a commercial landscape tradesman or similar field on commercial projects

Proven ability to lead and manage landscape projects

Strong work ethic and commitment to quality

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Valid Australian Drivers Licence

Qld Construction White Card

Strong leadership

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee landscape projects from start to finish.

Coordinate with team members and builders to ensure timely and successful project completion.

Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
