About the role:

We'd love to hear from enthusiastic & chatty people to join our call centre team based at Fernwood Fitness Tullamarine on a onn ongoing casual basis. You will be getting in touch with warm leads with the aim of re-motivating them to exercise and setting sales appointments for our in-club sales team, along with various other retention & sales based calls.

If you are fabulous on the phone, love talking to people and you are passionate about motivating women to start their health and exercise journey with Fernwood Fitness, then this could be the role for you!

The position requires availability of 4 evenings per week from 4pm-8pm

Experience required:

Some previous call centre work would be looked upon favourably, however we are mostly looking for ladies with great personalities, amazing work ethic & desire to succeed. Full training and ongoing coaching will be provided.

Commencement date: ASAP

Required Language: Fluent English - a second language will be advantageous
