Responsibilities may include:

- Working autonomously in a fast-paced environment

- High-volume inbound and outbound calling

- Building and maintaining key relationships with leads/clients

- Closing sales and processing payments

Qualifications:

- Strong written and verbal communication

- Experience using online phone tools, CRM or ERP systems

- Experience working towards KPIs/SLAs

- Proven experience in closing a sale

- Previous B2B or B2C sales experience (12 months+)
