We are looking for confident and motivated Phone Surveyors to join our vibrant outbound calling team at VSMA Group – a leading financial and wealth management services provider. This is a part-time role based at our offices on Queens Road, Melbourne, just minutes from public transport.

What You’ll Do

Make outbound calls to potential clients from our database

Conduct short surveys to qualify leads for our financial services team

Handle objections professionally and maintain high call quality

Work towards daily and weekly call and conversion targets

What We’re Looking For

Proven cold calling experience (required)

Clear, confident phone manner with excellent English

Ability to work independently in a macro-managed environment

Goal-driven, positive attitude and resilience

Punctual, reliable, and respectful in the workplace
