Loan Writer/Trainee Broker – Strategic Support Role | Join a Purpose-Driven Brokerage
Location: Work Fully Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience (with discretionary bonus)

We’re now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Loan Writer/Trainee Broker to support our Mortgage Brokers and contribute to our high-performance, high-integrity service model. Your Purpose
To provide strategic support to brokers through parabroking, credit analysis, administrative support, and exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for both brokers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare loan submissions, including loan comments, pricing requests, and servicing assessments
Conduct detailed product research and present tailored lending options to brokers
Liaise with lenders and brokers to support smooth application and settlement processes
Take and manage credit calls with lenders and follow up as needed
Monitor and manage broker inboxes and email correspondence with clients
Support brokers in acquiring and onboarding new clients, including needs assessment
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and meets compliance standards
Help clients understand loan documents, process paperwork, and navigate key milestones
Stay updated on lender policies, compliance obligations, and product changes
What You Bring
Experience in a similar support or parabroking role within the mortgage or finance industry
Strong understanding of residential lending and credit processes
Proficiency with loan submission platforms (e.g., ApplyOnline), CRMs, and Microsoft Office
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities with a solutions mindset
