Our client, based in Wangaratta, supply, manufacture & install engineered stone, porcelain & natural stone bench tops for beautiful homes & businesses across Northeast Victoria! Known for their high-end quality, it's no wonder these guys are on the hunt for an experienced Administration & Customer Service Officer to join their amazing team!
Key Responsibilities Include:
Handling phone, email & walk-in enquiries with professionalism
Creating quotes, organising invoices, and assisting with accounts
Project & material cost estimations - both in person & phone consulting
Liaising with clients for updates and feedback
Providing admin support to management - Data entry
Supporting debt collection and general office tasks
We're Looking for Someone Who:
Has relevant Administration experience - Ideally within similar trade fields
Can/has the ability to learn to read building plans, cost estimations & have outstanding product knowledge
Pays close attention to detail and takes pride in their work - Must be highly organised
Experience in basic financial admin - Invoices, accounts payable/receivable etc.
Is tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Stays calm under pressure and can juggle multiple priorities
Wants to grow and develop in a supportive team environment
Job Details:
Location: On-site, Wangaratta office
Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week (8:00am - 4:00pm Monday – Friday)
Training: On-the-job training provided, with future development opportunities
Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience
