PSE Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is an established company with 30 years experience specializing in the design, supply, installation and maintenance of commercial/industrial refrigeration and air-conditioning.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated office administrator to join our team and increase the capacity in our head office in Bayswater in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne Victoria.
This opportunity will include managing the operations and general administration aspects of the business, implementing new systems and processes to improve the business operations, working with a team of motivated induviduals with a passion for high quality work and customer satisfaction.
To be successful
You will have the following skills and attributes:
A high level of communication skills (oral and written).
The ability to create and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Work autonomously with ownership of assigned tasks and projects.
Be able to implement strategic objectives.
Self-motivated individual who is proactive, professional & punctual with a can-do attitude.
Excellent organization and time-management skills.
Proficient at Microsoft 365 or google suite.
Preferred Experience
3-5+ years administrative experience.
Knowledge of a trade based business.
Experience in Simpro or similar job management software (Service M8, Tradify, Aroflo, Field Insight, etc).
Knowledge of ISO 9001 systems would be highly regarded.
