As an Administration & Data Entry Officer in this newly created role, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of this global valve company’s project-based business. You will be part of the Project Team and will be a crucial player in supporting the organisation to maintain the company’s market position as a leader in project management and execution of valving solutions. This role is based full time in their southern suburbs Sydney office. Office hours are 8.30 - 5pm. This would be an ideal role for someone looking to branch out from an Internal Sales position.

Responsibilities:

· Supporting project delivery and internal sales teams

· Validating offers with Sales team to ensure compliance and costs

· Verify the completeness and correctness of information received

· Aligning Engineering input with part requirements

· Undertaking a part number creation process and cross-checking attributes

· Accurately entering and updating data into the ERP system and other databases

· Perform regular order maintenance with delivery updates as requires

· Develop a thorough understanding of product combination potential

· Providing administrative support to the wider team as required

To be successful, you will have:

· Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office

· Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role

· Advanced computer literacy and previous experience with ERP systems desirable

· Exceptional attention to detail ensuring data accuracy and quality in your work.

· Confident navigating systems and tools with ease
