About the role
This full-time opportunity as an Administration officer at OBA AUSTRALIA' in Wolli Creek and Rockdale offices, NSW offers a competitive salary package of $70,000 - $80,000. As an Administration officer you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient running of the office.
What you'll be doing
Answering calls and handling emails and providing customer service support
Creating and updating SOP (standard operation Procedures)
Creating and updating wholesale and retail price lists in xcel.
Coordinating and scheduling meetings, tasks and other activities for the team
Providing general office support and assisting with special projects as needed
Updating data in CRM
Handling a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, filing.
What we're looking for
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within the retail or manufacturing industry
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
A proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to your work
