your role
You’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of established and evolving retail centres during an exciting phase of strategic repositioning.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage day-to-day retail operations across a portfolio of key assets
• Build and maintain strong tenant and stakeholder relationships
• Support major centre improvements and redevelopment initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive centre performance
• Assist with financials, budgeting and forecasting
• Report to a highly regarded leadership team, backed by strong internal support

your advantage
The following skills and experience are highly advantageous:

• Prior experience in retail, LFR or shopping centre Retail Management, Centre Management, or
• Confidence managing relationships with national retailers and service providers
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Commercially-minded and solutions-focused, with a proactive approach
