Lead a busy scaffold yard supporting major infrastructure projects across VIC, SA, and QLD. Oversee stock, team, safety, and equipment utilisation in a hands-on role.
Key responsibilities:

• Manage scaffold movements, shrinkage, and utilisation
• Lead a team of 8 (drivers, yard hands, maintenance)
• Oversee dispatch, returns, stacking, and equipment upkeep
• Ensure safety, stock accuracy and operational performance
• Liaise with site teams and unionised clients

What you’ll bring:

• Strong leadership in yard, transport or hire operations
• Proven experience reducing shrinkage and improving process
• Forklift licence & white card (or willingness to obtain)
• Practical, assertive, and safety-focused mindset

Full-time, office-based role in Sunshine.
