Due to ongoing success, our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Retail Manager to join their dynamic team of current and future property leaders, based at a large sub-regional shopping centre.

About the role

This is a critical role for an experienced Retail Manager to drive asset performance, maintain retailer relationships, provide a positive customer experience, and leadership to the management team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and manage relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Understand retailers' business conditions to ensure proactive support and solutions
• Assist with annual budgets, outgoings, monthly P&L reports, and financial presentations
• Identify and drive opportunities to increase income, retailer performance and customer experience
• Provide leadership to the centre management team and the broader business
• Participate in all risk, compliance and safety training

About you

To be successful in this role, our client requires you to bring the following key criteria:

• Retail Manager with experience working in a centre management team
• Sub-regional (or larger) centre experience is essential
• Reputable relationship manager
• Leadership experience and qualities
• Knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities
