Join the Barry Plant South East Group as the Operations & Team Manager - Property Management. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient management of the property management division, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead a high-performing team of property management professionals

Oversee all property management operations, including inspections, leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations

Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices

Provide expert guidance and support to the team, fostering their professional development

Collaborate with the broader Barry Plant Pakenham team to deliver an integrated real estate service

Continuously monitor and improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity

What We're Looking For

Extensive experience (5+ years) in property management, preferably in a leadership role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service

Proven track record of achieving business goals and driving operational excellence

Thorough understanding of the residential real estate industry, including relevant legislation and regulations

Highly organised and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to professional development and a desire to contribute to the growth of the team and the business
