As a Customer Service Representative at The Energy Alliance, you will be a key point of contact with our clients. You will play a vital role in the management of our customer program, building client relationships over the phone, tracking and updating in the CRM to completion, working with customers to ensure data accuracy, creating brand awareness via marketing tools, and promoting both the energy efficiency and partner referral programs.

A day in the life:
Our customer service representatives support our every growing client base with quality conversations and engagements, matching additional services to their needs, ensuring a great customer experience.
Your problem-solving , lateral thinking, ability to take initiative and multi-tasking skills will ensure our clients receive excellent support that can make a positive difference in their experience.
Your creativity will support you in preparing informational campaigns to our customer base with marketing material.
The role offers diversity by having elements of data entry, marketing solutions and end to end customer service.
What you bring to the role:
Knowledge of the energy industry is beneficial to this role but not essential
Have exceptional communications skills – both written and verbal
Previous experience in a phone-based customer service role (essential)
Marketing experience or completed tertiary studies (preferred)
Attention to detail is vital
Be a strong team player who is proactive
Lateral thinking, taking initiative and being a problem solver are essential for this role
The ability to work autonomously is essential
Computer literacy, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
An ability to learn all of our services and use this knowledge to guide and support customers, offering details on further opportunities
