What You’ll Be Doing

• Responding to email & phone enquiries
• Shadowing top agents in the region
• Conducting callbacks after open homes
• Making warm database calls & cold prospecting for new listings
• Attending open homes, property photo shoots & pest/building inspections
• Joining your agent at market appraisals & listing presentations

What We’re Looking For You’re driven, confident, and not afraid to pick up the phone or get involved with your community. You’ll also have:

• Certificate of Registration & reliable car (essential)
• Previous real estate experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills & professional presentation
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Self-motivation and a genuine drive to succeed
• Flexibility to work weekends
