This isn’t your average 9-to-5. As a Sales Associate, you’ll work directly alongside one of our top-performing agents, gaining real-world experience in the luxury property space while contributing to the growth of their business. Your day-to-day will include:

Prospecting for new business via calls, SMS and emails.

Attending and assisting with open homes, private inspections and auctions

Managing and updating client databases and CRMs

Coordinating appointments, buyer follow-ups, and daily schedules

Responding to buyer and seller enquiries with professionalism and urgency

Supporting live sales campaigns with direct client contact

Learning from high-level negotiations, listing presentations, and deal-making

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for property, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and wants to build a long-term career in real estate.

Excellent communicator – both on the phone and in person

Professional presentation and strong attention to detail

Reliable, organised and solution-oriented

Strong sense of accountability and personal drive

Available to work Saturdays (non-negotiable in this industry)

You’ll also need:

A current QLD driver's licence and reliable vehicle

A QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain one ASAP)
