Full-Time Trainee Property Manager & Part Time Receptionist

Join our dynamic team! We're looking for a full-time trainee Property Manager/part time Receptionist who brings positivity, energy, and a warm, welcoming attitude to the workplace.

Full training is provided, including covering the cost of obtaining your real estate license—a great opportunity to launch your career in the property industry with no upfront costs.

For most of the role the successful applicant will be assisting and learning from experienced senior property managers. This will include, in time, all areas of property management from leasing inspections and assessment of applications, through to liaising with trades, tenants and owners. With experience and training we hope the successful applicant will soon become a full time property manager justifying a salary package in excess of 100K. Please note, for the time being, the successful applicant will also be required to be our manager of first impressions as our receptionist each Friday. In addition you will be required to be our full-time receptionist for 4–6 weeks throughout the year to cover leave and peak periods.
