About the Role
As a Sales Consultant of new and used vehicles, you’ll guide customers through every step of their vehicle purchase journey - from initial enquiry to test drive, finance, delivery and follow-up.

You’ll use your people skills and product knowledge to help customers find the right vehicle while delivering a smooth, professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Supporting customers through the full sales process in line with Toyota’s values

· Building rapport and trust with every customer - from first enquiry to final handover

· Accurately managing all required documentation and data entry

· Meeting individual and team sales targets

· Liaising with internal departments (e.g. finance, pre-delivery, service) to ensure seamless customer outcomes

· Participating in dealership events, launches, and promotions as required

About You

· Experience in a sales or customer service role (automotive is a plus)

· Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people

· A professional, motivated and confident approach

· Willingness to learn and follow structured processes

· Good time management and attention to detail

· Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM systems

· A current driver’s licence
