We are now searching for a Senior Sales Consultant, a real sales weapon! Someone who is not only passionate and driven but thrives in high-performance environments and is hungry to close deals, deliver results, and make money.
This is more than just a sales role - we're looking for a motivated and strategic professional with extensive experience in event sales, CRM systems, and a proven track record of exceeding targets. Ideally, you've also led or managed sales teams, understand how to drive pipeline activity, and can back yourself with results.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive sales activity across corporate, private and public event categories
Manage your own sales pipeline from enquiry through to contract execution
Build and maintain strong client relationships with exceptional service delivery
Develop and execute proactive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Issue and manage venue hire agreements end-to-end
Ensure meticulous CRM data entry, pipeline tracking and reporting
Collaborate with events and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery
Report on sales performance, trends, and strategic business focus areas
Provide leadership and insights within the sales team, supporting strategic growth
About You
Minimum 3–5 years experience in a fast-paced, target-driven sales role (event or hospitality industry preferred)
Strong CRM experience (Monday.com, Salesforce, or similar)
Demonstrated ability to consistently meet/exceed sales KPIs
Leadership or team management experience in a sales setting highly regarded
A confident, outgoing and self-motivated professional with a hunter mentality
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and juggle multiple client timelines
