About the role

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant at Ferntree Gully Automotive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales of new vehicles with ISUZU, GMSV, MG & JAECOO brands. This full-time position is based in our Ferntree Gully, VIC 3156 location and offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team, providing customers with tailored automotive solutions.

What you'll be doing

Actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and matching them with the right new vehicle solution

Demonstrating vehicles and their features to customers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of the product

Negotiating sales, preparing contracts, and managing the entire sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery

Maintaining strong product knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with clients

Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

Contributing to the overall success and growth of the Ferntree Gully Automotive business

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the automotive industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities

A driven and ambitious mindset, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets

Familiarity with automotive features and technologies, or a willingness to learn

A passion for the automotive industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences
