About the role

CIW Constructions Pty Ltd is seeking a capable and organised Office Admin Assistant to join our team in Palmview, Queensland.

Hours (negotiable)

Mon - Thurs: 9am - 2pm

What you'll be doing

Providing general administrative support, including answering phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies

Assisting with the organisation and filing of important documents and records

Writting up contracts from notes provided by sales team

Simple CAD drawing of pool designs

Performing data entry tasks and other administrative duties as required

Minor bookeeping works through Xero

Weekly clean of office/kitchen/toilets

What we're looking for

Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the construction industry

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner

Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office suite and Xero. CAD experience not necissary

A flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
